Refused shipments – If you refuse / reject the shipment at customs, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount of your order.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel from the courier.
